Welcome to AudioCreators. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of audio-creators.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What AudioCreators Is
AudioCreators is an independent directory. We hand-pick and feature erotic audio creators who record their own human voice — roleplay, ASMR-adjacent intimacy, storytelling, and other voice work meant to be listened to, not watched.
We are a discovery and matchmaking guide, not a social network, a messaging platform, a streaming service, or a place to view or hear adult content directly. We do NOT host or stream any audio — play buttons are stylised previews and all links go to the creators’ own pages. When you find a creator whose voice feels right, you leave our Site and listen or subscribe on their own page, under that platform’s own terms.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any creator platform we link to.
2. You Must Be 18 or Older
The Site is intended for adults only. By using AudioCreators, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and that it is legal for you to view and listen to this kind of content in your location. If you are not, please leave the Site.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you subscribe to a creator after following one of our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not buy a creator a spot in our directory. How we choose and feature creators is explained on our “How We Pick” page. We feature people because we believe they make real, worthwhile audio — not because of a payment.
4. No Reviews or Ratings for Sale
We do not sell rankings, reviews, or featured placements. We do not publish fake reviews, fake ratings, or invented testimonials. Anything we say about a creator reflects our own honest editorial judgment.
5. Real Human Voices Only
We only feature creators who record their own human voice. We do not knowingly list AI-generated audio, text-to-speech, or voice clones. If we learn that a listed creator relies on synthetic voice, we remove them.
6. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep creator details — such as content style, pricing, and availability — current and accurate. Even so, creators run their own pages and can change their offering, pricing, or availability at any time without telling us. We cannot guarantee that everything on the Site is complete or up to date, and the creator’s own page is always the final word.
7. No Guarantees About the Experience
Every listener responds to a voice differently, and what one person feels is their own. We share honest impressions to help you find audio you might connect with, but we cannot promise any particular quality, style, release schedule, or outcome from any creator. The audio is created and offered by individual creators, not by AudioCreators.
8. Using the Site Properly
When you use AudioCreators, you agree not to:
- Use the Site if you are under 18.
- Copy, scrape, or republish our content, listings, or descriptions without permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the Site.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harass any creator.
Please treat the creators we feature with respect. They are real people.
9. Intellectual Property
The text, design, and original content on AudioCreators are owned by us and protected by law. Creator names, artwork, audio, and likenesses belong to the creators or their rightful owners and are referenced only to help you find and identify them. We do not host their audio.
10. Links to Other Sites
The Site links to third-party pages, including creators’ own platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Once you leave AudioCreators, the terms and privacy policies of those sites apply.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AudioCreators is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or from any interaction or transaction you have with a creator or a third-party platform.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
